1. The deal
These terms are an agreement between you and TODO(counsel): legal entity ("Openkan", "we"). By using Aura Wonder you agree to them and to our Privacy policy.
2. Who can use Aura Wonder
- You must be at least 13.
- If you're 13 to 17, some features are off for you: likeness avatar, try-on, Pair, gift links and affiliate picks. TODO(counsel): parental consent and guardian linking under ECA Digital
- Paid features require the age of majority where you live, or a parent's permission where the law allows. TODO(counsel)
3. Your account
You sign in with your email and a one-time code. Keep access to your email safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
4. What Aura Wonder is, and isn't
- Aura Wonder gives color guidance: your palette, and verdicts on whether a garment's color suits it. It's an opinion, not a fact about you. Every result comes with a confidence level; light, screens and product photos can change how colors look.
- Aura Wonder doesn't sell clothes. Purchases happen in other stores, under their terms. We're not responsible for their products, prices, delivery or returns.
- Verdicts are never influenced by affiliate or partner deals.
5. Your content
- You keep the rights to what you send us: color samples, links, screenshots and photos. You let us use them only to run the features you ask for, as described in the Privacy policy.
- Only send photos of yourself. Don't use Aura Wonder to make avatars or try-ons of anyone else.
- Don't send content that is sexual, violent, hateful or illegal. Virtual try-on (when available) doesn't accept lingerie, swimwear or sheer garments.
6. AI-generated images
Avatars, reveal videos and try-ons (when available) are made with AI and labelled as AI-generated. Don't remove or hide those labels when you share them. You can report any result; reported results are hidden immediately while we review them.
7. Pair and gift links
- Be kind. Pair is about colors, never about scoring people.
- You can unlink a Pair anytime; that deletes your shared Pair data.
- You control your gift links: who can see them, when they expire, and turning them off.
8. Plus, credits and payments
- Aura Wonder is free to start. Aura Wonder Plus is a subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. Virtual try-on (when available) uses credits: Plus includes monthly credits, and you can buy credit packs.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Refunds follow the store's rules and your consumer rights. TODO(counsel): Brazil CDC art. 49 (7-day withdrawal) wording; whether unused credits expire
- Fair use: Plus includes generous limits to stop abuse. We may limit unusual use.
9. Affiliate links
Some recommendations are affiliate links, always labelled "Ad · affiliate link". We may earn a commission if you buy. We never add affiliate codes to links you share.
10. Things you can't do
Don't copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; don't overload or attack it; don't get around limits, age rules or safety checks; don't impersonate anyone.
11. Our content
The app, the Aura Wonder name and logo, palettes and designs belong to us. You can share your own results (palette cards, avatars, videos) for personal use.
12. Ending things
You can delete your account anytime (see Delete account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
13. Liability
TODO(counsel): disclaimers and limits of liability, keeping consumer rights under Brazil's CDC and US law
14. Law and disputes
TODO(counsel): governing law and venue. Brazilian consumers keep the rights and courts that Brazilian law gives them.
15. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies.
